owner and award-winning cake designer Elizabeth Rowe’s cake shop is considered one of the most exquisite luxury cake shops in the Dallas Metroplex, and now she has brought a sweet taste of London to our neighborhood.

Frighteningly realistic-and totally edible!

The London Baker is coming in HOT with her second location at The Realm at Castle Hills. One word: EPIC! Once you step inside you feel like Royalty, from the elegant dark walls to the vibrant green velvet couches with beautiful golden accents and even a red box telephone booth, perfect for taking a quick photo or selfie.

That London vibe will give you that much needed daily escape while enjoying your favorite pastries. The menu offers some delicious coffee from local DFW based Cultivar Coffee Roasting Co. as well as Milk coffees, Posh lattes, Tea lattes, and some classic British tea options.

according to Elizabeth “Since opening my first location at 2540 King Arthur Blvd, my staff and I have strived to give our best to all our patrons. We want to help make every bride and groom’s day perfect, every birthday a special and delicious celebration along with playing a small part in that special ‘breakfast in bed’ for mom. We take pride in being asked to be part of a family’s special moments.” There are no boundaries when it comes to her baking game. So, dream big! “it’s not just a cake, It’s an experience”. With each bite you can taste Elizabeth’s main ingredient that, being her Passion which started at an early age while baking cupcakes and brownies as Mother’s Day gifts for her “Mum”.

…We want to help people turn those dreams into delicious works of art.We want them to feel like they can place their trust in us to deliver those dreams.

It was this beginning that led her to Texas in 2008 at the age of 22 spending many sleepless nights working in shops while honing her artistic baking skills and with a lot of hard work, “The London Baker” was born.

Elizabeth has been invited to appear on several Food Network baking competitions, from episodes of Dallas Cakes, Holiday Wars, Cake Wars, Halloween Wars and the Challenge. With much of her work also featured in several local magazines, business articles and multiple appearances on the local news.

Whatever the occasion, The London Baker can make it.

Elizabeth said that, “with this second location open it gives us the opportunity to take on more clients, and more delicious over the top cakes. We offer our guests the freedom to dream. To go beyond the boundaries of what is considered an average cake and allow us to design and deliver their dreams in real life. We want to help people turn those dreams into delicious works of art. Our clients don’t need to sacrifice beauty for taste. We want them to feel like they can place their trust in us to deliver those dreams.”

It’s going to be really hard to eat just one.

Elizabeth’s hope is to bring a little of her first home, London, to her new home here in Texas. So, get your taste of Royalty today at “The London Baker “. The Realm at Castle Hills. 4440 State Highway 121, Ste. 60, Lewisville. @TheDFWFoodRep APPROVED!
